- Tipple Section for Rejecting Boards. Two(2) Carts for accumulating rejected Boards. Carts are 39” Wide X 12’ Long
- Incline Chains with Lugs to Carry Boards to Bin Sorter
- Thirteen(13) Bay Bin Sorter. Opening Approx. 16” Wide with Hydraulic Tipples to release Boards into Bin. Each Bin has 5 Arms Approx. 12’ Long. The Beam for Indexing Bundles has 5 Arms Approx. 30” Wide
- Chains Section under Bins for Removing Completed Bundles Four(4) Chains Approx 48’ Long
- At the End of the Bin Section there is a Roller Section to Introduce Packs. Rolls 5’ Wide X 18’ Long
- Bundles are Transferred to Incline Chains. Six(6) Chains with Lugs
- Unscrambler Six(6) Chains with Even Ender Rolls at top
- Layer Building Area is 20' long with Seven(7) Roof Top Chains
- Blades Between Chains to Transfer a Layer of Boards to the Stacker
- Stacker has Nine(9) Slots for Stick Laying
