I have a Mereen-Johnson #440 fixed arbor Gang Rip Saw that was new in 2006. This machine was used hard for 10 years, running 10 hr. shifts and on average about 15,000 B.F. of lumber per shift. To say the least, it was tired. The saw started to rip curved boards, so I called RT and Derek came out to my shop and went over my machine. Derek got a list of all the parts needed to rebuild it, and he took care of ordering everything.
Derek gave me a quote for the complete job, and even got me a discount on the parts. We set up 3 days for the rebuild. Derek came with a shop on wheels (service van) and every tool and part needed to complete the job. He is very knowledgeable, neat, polite, and just easy to be around and work with. He completed the job in just 2 days without moving the machine out of the production line, this saved me more money.
I would definitely recommend RT and your team to anyone who is in need of repair/service. I must say again how smooth and painless this was, because anyone in this business knows down time is not an option.

We purchased a used Cemco 1000 sander from Bob Metz, and really appreciated the guidance in this decision. I started with wanting a smaller sander, but not being a machine expert, I asked Bob for help. The machine that we have been using regularly for the past six months has performed flawlessly. I am so glad that I ended up with a bigger machine than I originally sought, for we truly needed it.

A good Monday morning to all at RT Machine Company. I am pleased (ecstatic, actually) to report that the contactor transplant has been a complete success! I spent most of Saturday with wrenches and dial indicators doing the final set up and adjustments to my new saw, and most of Sunday actually cutting plywood panels! At this point I am very pleased with my purchase and already I see significant gains in both the accuracy and production from this machine.
Again, I would like to thank all involved including technician Joe for all your support and assistance after the sale. As I said to Joe, there are equipment sellers here in Texas that do not have the systems nor the desire to follow up so well, nor the concern for my fledgling business that y\'all have shown. I have a small woodworking shop, but you guys treated me like your biggest Customer. When I needed a shaper I found your web site and called in. You spent the time reviewing machines available and when I made my decision you prepared the machine for my inspection. I found out that the repair costs were much higher than originally anticipated, but you completed the machine properly as promised. I think some other dealers would have either left me without a machine or stuck me with a problem. I have since purchased an inverted router from RT and received the same service. I will be back when I need more machinery.

We were looking for another CNC router that we could dedicate to our expanding cabinet work. The Omnitech seemed to be a well built and well equipped machine at a reasonable price, so we decided to take a closer look and attended one of RT Machine Company’s machinery demos. The time was well spent with very knowledgeable technicians and we ended up buying a new Omnitech CNC Router. Our Company has been growing very rapidly over the last few years. RT was very close to us when they were in Chambersburg. We purchased a new Mereen-Johnson gang rip, a New Newman planer, and two new moulders. We also purchased several used machines like a double end tenoner, and several straight line rip saws. I was not happy about the move to Hughesville, but it has not affected the service and support. We look forward to continuing our growth with RT.
