- This machine is capable of applying hot melt adhesives and/or coatings to the top side only of flat rigid substrate materials. This size machine will accommodate a panel up to 48” wide. The sheet thickness can range from 0"- 4"-. Variable speed provided on this machine can run up to a max 60LFPM. This Hot Melt Roller Coater would be equipped with the following:
- One (1) 6-1/2” diameter x 54” long, smooth ground silicone rubber coating roll (heated)
- One (1) 4-7/8” diameter x 54” long, smooth ground steel doctor roll (heated)
- One (1) 6-1/2” diameter x 52” long, smooth ground steel back up roll (non-heated)
- Standard Mechanical Single Handwheel Control with Mechanical Digital Indicator
- Rotary Unions & Oil Pump
- Safety Guards & Covers
- Magnetic safety interlock control with perimeter E-stop cable
- Hot Oil Flow Through Recirculation System
