• All parts are separately measured from the saw to ensure that the correct parts go to the correct bins or landing areas
• Ultimizers uses a direct drive gearbox to eliminate the extra belts or chains in order to keep maintenance to a minimum at these higher speeds
• Our designs are fully integrated into our machine for smooth transitions from the saws to the sorting conveyor to minimize mis-sorts
