  • Complete Line to Automatically Apply Skins to Both Sides of Entry Doors
  • Top Skin is Manually Loaded into a Midwest Automation Model HGS II 400 Glue Spreader
  • Upon Exiting Top Skin is automatically transferred to a turning device
  • The Core is Automatically Lifted from the Stack and Transferred Over the Bottom Skin which has been Manually Loaded into the Glue Spreader
  • The Core is Lowered Automatically onto the Bottom Skin and the Transfer Unit Returns to the Stack
  • Top Skin is Now Rotated on Top of the Core
  • Door is now Automatically Transferred Through the Midwest Automation RP 4000 Continuous Roller Press
  • The Completed Door can Now be Removed from the Outfeed Roller Conveyor via Overhead Vacuum Lift Unit
  • Model HGS II 400 Hot Melt Top & Bottom Glue Spreader
  • With Capacity 51"
  • Thickness Capacity 3"
  • Spreading Rollers 9.85" Diameter Rubber 75 Shore
  • Doctor Rollers 8.26" Diameter Chrome
  • Electrically Headed Diathermy Fluid with a Temperature Range of 68 - 375 Degrees
  • Model RP 4000-10 Continuous Roller Press with Ten(10) Upper and Lower Rubber-Coated Roller Sets
