Pieces are coming out from moulder onto a roller conveyor. As pieces are released completely, pieces accelerate to create gap between pieces to allow time for the side shift. When reaching the shifting zone, the roller conveyor lowers and simultaneously one of the chain decks raises up to side-shift the piece. If both exits are in operating conditions, the piece flows alternate between left and right shift.
