1st head is a steel drum sanding unit, designed to prepare the wood evenly to take effects from the various working units that follow
Heads #2, 3, & 4: Cutting drums w/ multiple blades attached to generate a distressed/hand-scraped surface
Cutting/scraping units can be run individually or in groups, based on the desired result
Programs can be fixed or variable based on the programming specifications
Cutting/Scraping heads are mounted on tracks for easy removal/cleaning
Head #5: Grooved steel sanding drum, used to finish the hand-scrapped look, or as a stand-alone unit
Head #6: Soft rubber drum, used to deburr and lightly sand the grooved product
Soft rubber drum has the ability to contour to the peaks & valleys created by the preceding units
Head #7: Band saw unit, used to give a sawed look in fixed or variable patterns/depths
Head #8: Hard rubber drum with spikes, used to give the appearance of worm/nail holes into the product
Head #9: Copper brush, used to lightly tear the grain to give a distressed, hand-sawn appearance
Head #10: Soft brush, used to clean and smooth any burrs/rough-patches
