Conveying Equipment - Chain Transfers
Mellott offers a variety of Lumber Transfers and Green Chains which can be used for most situations where lumber must be transferred between operations.
Green Chains or Transfers are shipped knocked down. However, assembly is straight forward and all parts and hardware are included with each unit.
Chain return is made through the skid for safety.
Drive is shielded.

Skids: 4" Trussed Channel with UHMW Wear Strips
Chain: C55B Rooftop, H78B Rooftop or 81X
Drive: Sumitomo Cyclo Reducer with 2 HP or 3 HP C-Face Motor
Bearings: Rexnord 4-Bolt Flange Bearings Chain Transfer Options:
Legs: Ridgid "H" Beam Legs for Cross Sills (to 36" top of chain)
Flooring: 4 ft Sections, Clamp in or Weld in Type
Air operated live stops with 1-15/16" Shafts
Grading Station Style Board Dealing Stops, 1-15/16" Shafts
