A good Monday morning to all at RT Machine Company. I am pleased (ecstatic, actually) to report that the contactor transplant has been a complete success! I spent most of Saturday with wrenches and dial indicators doing the final set up and adjustments to my new saw, and most of Sunday actually cutting plywood panels! At this point I am very pleased with my purchase and already I see significant gains in both the accuracy and production from this machine.

Again, I would like to thank all involved including technician Joe for all your support and assistance after the sale. As I said to Joe, there are equipment sellers here in Texas that do not have the systems nor the desire to follow up so well, nor the concern for my fledgling business that y'all have shown. I have a small woodworking shop, but you guys treated me like your biggest Customer. When I needed a shaper I found your web site and called in. You spent the time reviewing machines available and when I made my decision you prepared the machine for my inspection. I found out that the repair costs were much higher than originally anticipated, but you completed the machine properly as promised. I think some other dealers would have either left me without a machine or stuck me with a problem. I have since purchased an inverted router from RT and received the same service. I will be back when I need more machinery.

We were looking for another CNC router that we could dedicate to our expanding cabinet work. The Omnitech seemed to be a well built and well equipped machine at a reasonable price, so we decided to take a closer look and attended one of RT Machine Company’s machinery demos. Our Company has been growing very rapidly over the last few years. RT was very close to us when they were in Chambersburg. We purchased a new Mereen-Johnson gang rip, a New Newman planer, and two new moulders. We also purchased several used machines like a double end tenoner, and several straight line rip saws.
