I have a small woodworking shop, but you guys treated me like your biggest Customer. When I needed a shaper I found your web site and called in. You spent the time reviewing machines available and when I made my decision you prepared the machine for my inspection. I found out that the repair costs were much higher than originally anticipated, but you completed the machine properly as promised. I think some other dealers would have either left me without a machine or stuck me with a problem. I have since purchased an inverted router from RT and received the same service. We were looking for another CNC router that we could dedicate to our expanding cabinet work. The Omnitech seemed to be a well
built and well equipped machine at a reasonable price, so we decided to take a closer look and attended one of RT Machine

Our Company has been growing very rapidly over the last few years. RT was very close to us when they were in Chambersburg. We purchased a new Mereen-Johnson gang rip, a New Newman planer, and two new moulders. We also purchased several used machines like a double end tenoner, and several straight line rip saws. I was not happy about the move to Hughesville, but it has not affected the service and support. We look forward to continuing our growth with RT.
