Inova is a leading manufacturer and innovator in the furniture industry. Focusing in the hospitality, contract, multi-family, student housing and military markets. Since their founding in 2001 by Loren Sherman, they’ve grown to a 45-person team.

A key member of their team is Guy Bucey, the plant manager and COO at Inova, who was recently named to the Woodworking Network 40 Under 40. Bucey is a decorated Marine and has been working at Inova for five years as a leader and role model of teamwork. His unique approach has brought Inova from a $300,000 a year in 2014 to over $15 million in sales for 2017.
